Film stained glass

Film stained glass imitates the Tiffany technique: coloured decorative films and lead profile are applied to a single sheet of glass.

How it is made

Self-adhesive stained glass films and lead came are applied to the glass. We use Decra Led and Regalead films, smooth or textured, with different transparency.

Advantages

• made on one sheet of glass, so simpler than Tiffany
• safer: the film holds fragments if the glass breaks
• easy to install, suitable for double glazing
• fade-resistant
• costs less because films are cheaper than art glass

Windows, doors, partitions, niches, ceilings and winter gardens.

Film or Tiffany?

Tiffany is assembled from real pieces of art glass and costs more. Film stained glass is cheaper, safer and fits double glazing.

Does the film fade in the sun?

No, the colour does not change over time.
